4-Story Tactical Fire Training Tower.

In addition the full design and construction support services for Hanover County’s new four-story tactical training tower, RRMM also performed a comprehensive facility program and space needs assessment. The training tower consists of numerous floor plan scenarios outlining various residential and commercial building configurations. Gas-fired training props and other specialized equipment were also included to enable emergency staff to effectively simulate training and rescue scenarios.
Some of the unique training features and amenities include simulated steel window and door systems for conducting breaching exercises and simulated fire annunciator panel and main electrical switchgear emergency shut-off features.
