Virginia State University: MT Carter Agriculture Food Science Lab Building.

The new 13,800 SF building is located adjacent to the existing MT Carter Building. The new facility will showcase the innovative and exciting work being done by the agriculture department. It will also add flexible and adaptable research labs and teaching spaces, as well as a 100-seat lecture hall and auditorium space. Demonstration space for public interaction and community learning and support were included.
The MT Carter Agriculture Food Science Lab Building will have a covered connection to the existing MT Carter Building. The new building is designed to achieve IgCC Certification.
